| With limited parking in or around Cruz Bay, Larimar's location on a quiet shady street is one of our biggest features. Cruz Bay is so small and parking is a premium, so having the convenience of walking to “town” is a plus! Most find they do not need to rent a car their entire stay when staying at Larimar. |

| Frank Bay is a local favorite, and only a block away from Larimar. It's a rocky beach and has some of the best snorkeling on St John nearby at Gallows Point. |

| The large covered patio has an outdoor dining area for 6, or just for relaxing or soaking in the views - “the hammock with the million dollar views” will surely be a favorite spot! A gas bbq grill is also on the deck, for those easy nights at home. |

| Living Area has a 32" flat screen TV & DVD Player, with doors that lead to the patio is a welcoming retreat at the end of a day at the beach or pool. |

| Two bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, are located on either side of the living area. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and the guest bedroom a queen sized bed. The Master bedroom also has a door to the patio. |

| Fully equipped kitchen (including a blender!) is next to the indoor dining table for 6. |

| There are numerous grocery stores near Larimar, but there is a little store with all vacation “necessities” just steps from the condo, with comparable (or better!) grocery store prices called St John Adventures at Gallows Point. | Hair dryers are in each bathroom, as well as soap, shampoo, and all linens and bath towels are provided. |
