St John Island is truly paradise, and with affordable accommodations such as Larimar, it is also ensures that St John is an economical destination. We have recently redecorated our island retreat and are just now offering Larimar as a rental.

Our two bedroom condo is located just a short walk from Cruz Bay Town on a shady street with views of the ocean and other nearby Caribbean islands.

Enjoy the Caribbean Tradewinds from the numerous windows surrounding each of the bedrooms and living area.

Cruz Bay restaurants, shopping, ferry dock, and hiking trails are within easy walking distance. Plus, Larimar is just steps from wonderful Frank Bay for sunning and enjoying the warm Caribbean Sea.

The large (34' x 8') common pool (shared by the other 3 condos) has ample lounge chairs and plenty of sunny areas to take home the perfect Caribbean tan.

No children under the age of 8 years.

To confirm your reservation, 50% of total rental is required at booking. The balance, plus 8% USVI Hotel Tax, is due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute arrivals, total balance is due in advance. We will email you a confirmation letter for you to sign and return to us by fax or mail. Payment methods accepted are check, cash, cashier's check. $200 damage deposit required (returned uncashed provided no damage).

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. We recommend that you obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
